As the leading Irish producer and supplier of cement products, Irish Cement is fully committed to the sustainable development of our business.

In addition to our group wide Corporate Social Responsibility policy we have developed a series of Sustainability Targets, against which we monitor performance.  Details of our company policies and sustainability targets are available from the links on the bottom of this page.

Irish Cement were the first company in Ireland to be independently certified as achieving a BES 6001 “Excellent” rating for our cement products.

Irish Cement is a member of the Global Cement and Concrete Association (GCCA) through its parent company CRH.  The GCCA has a mission to improve Social and Environmental improvements across the global Cement and Concrete sector.  See https://gccassociation.org/ for more information.
